LedgerLook is for information and education only. Nothing on the site is investment, tax, legal or accounting advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any security. The trade practice feature uses simulated money only. Do your own research and talk to a licensed professional before making financial decisions.
Results are generated with the help of AI and live web searches. They may be incomplete, delayed or wrong. Figures, dates, prices and news should be checked against official sources, such as company filings, before you rely on them. We make no guarantee about accuracy or availability.
Free visitors get a limited number of new lookups per day. Repeat searches served from our cache do not count. We may change limits, or block abusive or automated use, at any time.
Pro is a monthly subscription that raises your daily lookup limit. It renews each month until cancelled. Lookup Packs are one-time purchases of a set number of lookups that do not expire. Prices are shown before you pay. Payments are processed by Stripe. After purchase you receive a license code that identifies your plan. Keep it private, since anyone with the code can use your plan. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Do not scrape, resell or republish results in bulk, attempt to bypass limits, share a license code publicly, or interfere with the service.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, LedgerLook and its owner are not liable for any losses, including investment losses, arising from use of the site. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
