Your searches. The company, ticker or ETF you type is sent to our server and on to Anthropic (the AI provider) to produce results.
Your IP address. We use it to apply the free daily limit and to prevent abuse. It is stored as part of short-lived usage counters, not as a profile of you.
Your license code and plan. If you buy a plan, we store the license code and the usage count tied to it.
Payment information. Payments are handled by Stripe. Your card details go to Stripe and are never seen or stored by LedgerLook. Stripe shares with us only what we need, such as the purchase and subscription status. Stripe's own policy applies to what they collect.
Your bookmarks, portfolio, practice trades and license code are saved in your browser's local storage on your device. We do not receive these unless you use them with a request. Clearing your browser data removes them.
Only service providers needed to run the site: Anthropic (generates results from your searches), Stripe (payments), Vercel (hosting) and Upstash (stores usage counters and license records). We do not sell your personal information.
Daily usage counters expire automatically within days. License records are kept while your plan is active and as needed for support and records.
To ask what we hold about you, or to request deletion of your license record, email ledgerlook.support@gmail.com with your license code.
LedgerLook is not directed to children under 13.
